What are the differences in the two grades of piping. I am specifically interested in corrosion resistance characteristics.

thanks!

RE: astm a135 vs astm a53 in fire sprinkler pipe

Corrosion resistance would be roughly the same for bare pipe supplied by both specifications. ASTM A 53 offers galvanized pipe as an option for corrosion protection versus A 135.
