Drain pipe cleanout callout IE 601.5+-

Drain pipe cleanout callout IE 601.5+-

Drain pipe cleanout callout IE 601.5+-

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but it is outside my normal area, so I'm not real familiar with this callout.

I have been asked to prepare a set of site drawings for a small project, and have been given an old drawing to use as a reference.  On the old drawing the drain cleanout is labeled
"CLEANOUT
IE 601.5±"

Looking it up on Google makes me think it is some sort of materials requirement for drain cleanouts, but I haven't been able to find the actual standard, only vague references to it.

Can anyone tell me where I can find the standard?  I really don't want to call out a spec when I have no idea what it is.  Thanks in advance.

RE: Drain pipe cleanout callout IE 601.5+-

That could mean "Invert Elevation at Elevation +601.5 feet".

I think you are right.  Looking at the old drawing it shows elevations and it is right around the 600' mark.

Thanks for the quick help.

RE: Drain pipe cleanout callout IE 601.5+-

The point the elevation is referring to is the inside bottom of the pipe.
