I tried remove element/geomatry by *modelchange in restart analysis but that can't remove element/geomatry and before running have message from upload fig.

I do not think you can remove geometry or elements in a restart analysis.

Start your analysis (the one you shall restart later) with two dummy steps in which you remove and add the elements you want to delete in your restart.
