It appears that build 6261 would allow you to enter any tube thickness you wish (i.e. for calculating the minimum thickness of air-cooled exchanger tubes as a piece-wise examination that are exempt from UG-16).  And now 6263 does not.

Has anyone else noticed this?  I don't mind 'pencil-whipping', but with all of the quirky things I seem to be finding lately (both in the code and in Compress), I'd like confirmation if anyone else has it.
