Tube min thickness 6261 vs. 6263

Tube min thickness 6261 vs. 6263

(OP)
It appears that build 6261 would allow you to enter any tube thickness you wish (i.e. for calculating the minimum thickness of air-cooled exchanger tubes as a piece-wise examination that are exempt from UG-16).  And now 6263 does not.

Has anyone else noticed this?  I don't mind 'pencil-whipping', but with all of the quirky things I seem to be finding lately (both in the code and in Compress), I'd like confirmation if anyone else has it.
