All,

Is there an option on the hole wizard to drill and tap for machined flat bottomed hole?

RE: Tap into a blind hole

Use the Show custom sizing option in the Hole Specifications section to change the drill angle to 180°.

The drilling and tapping depths can be controlled in the End Condition section.

RE: Tap into a blind hole

Ditto to CBL's suggestion.

RE: Tap into a blind hole

Do as CBL suggested and if you need it over and over, add it to hole favorites.
