model checking software

(OP)
Gents,
I remember that the other software (proe) had modelcheck, but does UG have anything similar ?? we probably need to check that dims are on specific layers, maybe attributes, maybe something about the model, just not sure what the engineers want yet but I thought I would start looking ahead of time.
Thanks,
Dave

RE: model checking software

This is what Check-mate does in NX.
Although it may be an extra license

RE: model checking software

I have no idea what licenses would be necessary or how it was initially created, but that is exactly what the GM Toolkit does (to GM's standards) and that was all created prior to the existence of Checkmate.

That might be another avenue to explore.

RE: model checking software

I think Checkmate is an outgrowth from the GM toolkit, just mmade generic so the checking values can be modified easier. Yes, it is similar to modelcheck in Pro/E.
