Anchor pipes above grade on steep slope

Anchor pipes above grade on steep slope

(OP)
Well, search did not turn up what I was looking for.

I have a site that has some all-welded steel pipes.  The pipes run "generally" downhill at a slope of about 1.5H:1V.  The run covers a drop on the order of 1500 feet (yes, a long way). The pipes are laid on the ground surface, and have been moving around, due to cross slopes, water pressure changes, and thermal changes when empty. The areas are difficult to access, so the use of machinery is likely limited. The material below the pipes is lily rock and silt that has come off the top/side of the mesas.

I need methods of providing lateral support.  I have been thinking platipus anchors as well as helicals.  One benefit I see in the platipis anchor would be that it could be hand driven or driven with small equipment.

What do you think my other options could be? Do you think these would be good options?

RE: Anchor pipes above grade on steep slope

A couple of rock bolts and an over the pipe strap in a few locations?
