Bolting material for a 600# high temp pressure vessel?

Bolting material for a 600# high temp pressure vessel?

Bolting material for a 600# high temp pressure vessel?

(OP)
I have a 12" 600# circulation heater designed with 304H stainless steel. It is heating gas from 401ºF to 870ºF at 1499 lbs/hr. The customer has requested design conditions of 218 PSI @ 1292ºF. I'm having an issue finding suitable bolting material for this process. I was told by my customer to start with SA-193 B16 but these would only hold out to 1100ºF, and they came back and said to use a B8 Class 1 (i'm unfimiliar with this group) that will hold up to 1500ºF but they are only available for 150# and 300# ratings, as mine is a 600# rated heater. I need to know if there is a bolting material for the 600# and up ratings that will work with my design conditions. Thanks!

B8 are stainless alloy bolts
