Any way to effectively outline the surface(s) that intersect a sketch

plane?

For instance, if you open a sketch on a flat surface with complex edges, is there a tool that will draw the outline of that surface automatically?

The problem is that I've created a full-round surface fillet and have intersected it with a plane at a different angle. I need a sketch to match that curve exactly, but I'd rather not do the math myself.

Thanks!

Found it myself.
