Is there any software available which can model the dynamic process of iron corrosion in solution and tell the amount of iron oxides accumulated on iron surface with time?

I guess from the lack of response to your question, no one else knows of a software model for this either. It should be amenable to modeling, but I know that no steel company is investing in this type of research. Times are tough and vision is short.
 I can't even tell you which academic institution in the USA has the researchers to do this. If you want to search for someone, try to ask Professor Bernard Baroux of Ugine, S.A. and St.Martin d'Heres in France.

Corrosion rates are charge transfer rates and could theoretically be "modelled" if the corrosion kinetics are  known (i.e., the potentiodynamic polarization curve) and the form of the corrosion products is known (as predicated by the Pourbaix diagram?.  This is complicated depending on the accuracy you hope for, because the PP curves are for non-equilibrium states and Pourbaix diagrams are for equilibrium conditions.  Simplistically, if you know how many electrons are transferred and if they all go into metal oxidation (i.e the entire oxidation current is corrosion) you can get close to predicting the mass of metal converted to corrosion product.

As alread stated, no convnient model for this seems to exist in the public domain.
