Hello,
Is there a way to calculate the maximum pressure for internal pipe cleaning using hydroblasting (e.g. heat exchanger internal pipe cleaning)?.

Always use a mechanical means to handle any lance at pressure above 13,500 psig in a closed tube if possible in an open tubes. Human operators tend to pause and that is where you get into trouble.
I like to use mechanical means for any work above 13,500 psig due to operator error that could result in injury to himself or others. Above 13,500 psig there is eminent danger of someone being swiped by the jet and causing the person to suffer hydraulic embolism from the site. This not to say there isn't any safety concerns with lower pressure it means that the higher the pressure it takes more effort to keep everyone safe.
Always use the proper personal protective gear while hydroblasting.
