Is there a MNFR for special connectors other than Simpson Strong Tie? We have some weird connections and we like to avoid designing and fabricating special hangers & connectors.

Thank you

If you need any concealed, more custom hardware,
try Timberlok for jointery type connections. Very affordable.
You just have to bite the bullet for the expensive jig for precise hole drilling.

Contact Simpson.  I know they used to do custom connections.  Kind of a coordination nightmare

I worked as a truss engineer for a manufacturer and would occasionally need a specialty hanger fabricated.  I found USP to be the better choice over Simpson.  They have engineers that will design a hanger to fit your need using a finite element package and provide you a signed and sealed calculation with a capacity.
