Slipway pull with increased dia of trolley wheels

(OP)
We have received the reply from EricFrance for previous thread.
We have tried to pull the vessel with 20 tons winch capacity but it fail to come up.
However we have introduced two pulley blocks to make three falls pulling wire rope arrangement ,this helped and the vessel has came up.
The trolley are having wheels of 250 mm dia and if we increase it to 500 mm dia definitely the pulling force required will be reduced.
By how much percent the pull will be reduced .Will it be by 50%?
