Can the dim/modify dialog box be turned off when dimesioning?

While sketching... when you dim something, the (modify) dialog box pops up to allow you to change the dim if needed. Sometimes this slows me down, since I import alot of acad sketches and know that they are already the desired dim. Is there a way to turn this on and off?

thanks

RE: Can the dim/modify dialog box be turned off when dimesioning?

Go to Tools > Options > System Options > Sketch and deselect Enable onscreen numeric input on entity creation

RE: Can the dim/modify dialog box be turned off when dimesioning?

CBL, I think he wants Tools>Options>System Options>General> and deselsect Input dimension value.

RE: Can the dim/modify dialog box be turned off when dimesioning?

Mike ... You are probably correct.
