We use in our plant an Equoptip hardeness tester

Can anyone tell us if this tester is recognized par the metallurgical standards ASTM, ASME,API,DIN,AFNOR.....

Typically, for ASTM and ASME Standard specifications, if hardness testing is required it is specified in general terms. If specific hardness values (like VHN or BHN or HRc) are not required or mentioned in a standard specification, it is up to the vendor and user to agree upon what type of hardness test.
So, using Equotip portable hardness testing may be permitted by ASTM or ASME Standards, but not required or recognized. You should still have a procedure for the portable hardness testing and calibration standards.

Rebound hardness is quite useful in specific applications, but not all.

I recommend you read the instruction manual carefully. There are thickness limitations and the surface prep is very important.
