Material selection on valve

Material selection on valve

Material selection on valve

(OP)
Hi!, anybody can suggest the best material to use to suit with below requirments:

Composition – mostly catalyst solids, with small amount of fluidising air.  The particles will have a mean dia of around 50 microns, but size will range froma few microns to several hundred microns.  Solids concentration will be in the order of 100's of milligrams/nm3.
There's no ramp up in temperature.  The valve goes from seeing no gas to seeing gas at 250-300 C soon after it opens.
In the upset condition the temperature could go from ambient to 750 C in the order of a minute.
