Question for material change of fastner in valve

we have ever used to A193 B7 bolt & A194 2H hex nut in our valve products
but, we have a any problems to purchasing of hex nut such as A194 2H from our vendors
so, we would like to change a material from A194 2H to ISO metric grade nut 12(10.9)

Is it possible?

pls, give a correct interpretation

This will depend on what standards you want the valve to meet.
