hi,
i must select to bearing bushing between made of brass and made of cestamite and made of roller bearing especially huge problem is deformation of beraring bushing and other problem is tight maintance  for conveyors. Handling material is 150 oC ,pls  help me

Can you give more information? bearing size (shaft diameter and length) load on bearing, duty cycle or speed of rotation.
Environment is the bearing protected from dust and abrasives.
There may be alternatives to roller bearings.

Hi H4Marine, i can give some information for you .ok,  this  bearing have a shaft diameter 90 d=90 outside diameter D= 160 rotaional speed 4000 rpm dynamic load 100 kN and envoriment is very dust and high temperature conditions.thank you for interesting.

I'm not sure that I completely understand your description of the problem, but as you're operating fixed machinery (a conveyor) with few start/stops, perhaps you may want to look into a journal bearing.
