Sub 100KHz supply disturbances
Sub 100KHz supply disturbances
(OP)
I have an interesting situation.
The EMC regulations covering conducted emmissions go down to 100KHz. If you have considerable supply voltage disturbances below 100KHz that are not harmonicaly related to the supply, is there any regulations or standards covering this?
I have a VFD where the conducted noise power is peaking below 100KHZ. It is very marginal around the 100KHz and climbing rapidly as the frequency goes down.
As I see it, this is creating major interference, but is not covered by conducted emmissions regulations/standards, neither is it covered by harmonics regulations/standards.
Any thoughts?
Best regards,
Mark.
