Hole call out annotation question

Hole call out annotation question

Hole call out annotation question

(OP)
I have used the hole wizard in the model for some patterning.  I have two specific instances of the same diameter hole for the two patterns that I require.

When I dimension my drawing, the hole callout annotation only counts the holes per wizard feature.  Can I get it to collect all of the same holes and total them?

Never mind.... I decided to use the hole table wizard.

Sketch pattern in the hole wizard feature instead of a seperate pattern.  Problem solved.

Well it'd work in a 3d sketch or 2d sketch. =P

As long as all of the sketch points are in one feature, the number showing up automatically will update accordingly.

I had thought about putting all of the points together in one feature, but it doesn't fit my design intent.
