Large Stormwater Hydraulic Pump Manufacturers

Large Stormwater Hydraulic Pump Manufacturers

(OP)
I am looking for manufacturers of stormwater pumps capable of pumping at 67,500 gpm each (2 total).  I have information from MWI and I need to contact other manufacturers.  Does anyone know of another pump manufacturer who builds stormwater pumps this size?

RE: Large Stormwater Hydraulic Pump Manufacturers

I think that Flygt may manufacture some.  But I'm not 100% sure, to be honest.

shirsch,
You may want to manifold several pumps as opposed to using one 67,500 if possible.
You could run a triplex or quadplex station and possibly save money in operating costs, as you would sometimes have only one pump running.
The largest Flygt pump I could find in the catalogue is the LL 3602, 565 HP, duty point at about 30,000 gpm at 45 feet of head.

Can you use an axial flow pump? How high re you lifting?

Yes, we can use axial flow pumps and the TDH is only 16.2 ft.

Flygt makes some and there are some others. Call New Orleans to find out what pumps they use. They have some.
