Unit conversions for specing flow meter.

(OP)
I am just stuck I guess.  This is my first time shopping for a flow meter and I have hit a wall with units.  This is for a leak tester.  I know my max flow is 20kg/h but for finding a flow meter I need to figure out an acceptable minimum flow.   I do not have a minimum flow rate only the leak rates I need to be able to detect.   Those are in mbar*L/sec, cc/sec, and Pa/sec.   I fluid is air at room temp.  How do I convert these leak rates to kg/h to spec a minimum flow requirement?
