Hi!

I would like to rebuild a new surface
- Delete the blue radius
- Offset of the green area of 4 mm
- rebuild surfaces as the snapshot

I hope that I have interpreted the question correctly. The problem seems to be associated mostly with the fact that the blade section is of poorer quality. There are a few segments of surface that lack any real continuity and which I have simply patched over to create a workable solution. Any additional curves created non associatively that you may wonder about are simply extracted Iso-parametric curves.
