AUTOMATIC UPDATE OF THE LOCATION OF AN AutoCAD FILE

AUTOMATIC UPDATE OF THE LOCATION OF AN AutoCAD FILE

AUTOMATIC UPDATE OF THE LOCATION OF AN AutoCAD FILE

(OP)
Hello you beautiful helpful people. May be (hopefully!) a really quick question here.

I would like to have a file location field inserted in my title block (initial template with company and rev numbers etc on it used for all new dwgs) so that when that template is used in a project and filed in that project area once it is printed out hard copy i know where the drawing is located.

Can this be done?!

I hope my question makes sense. please ask if it isnt!

Thanks all! smile

Insert using relative path, not absolute path.
