What is the heat input needed to run this furnace?

RE: What will be the heat input?

How is it that you know the combustion air blower capacity and not the burner capacity?  What type of fuel? If it is natural gas then you could back into a theoretical maximum burner capacity by assuming 10:1 ratio of air to fuel.

Even if someone solved the problem, how would you verify that what you were told was right?

If you read through thread391-251852: Forced Convection, you'll notice there are a number of links to websites.  I suggest you visit those websites and try solving the problem yourself.
