MasterSpec vs. Spectext vs. Specsintact

MasterSpec vs. Spectext vs. Specsintact

MasterSpec vs. Spectext vs. Specsintact

(OP)
Given the choice of a master specification for structural items, which would you choose, and why: AIA MasterSpec, Spectext, or Specsintact.

Also, what positives and negatives have you encountered working with these specification systems.

RE: MasterSpec vs. Spectext vs. Specsintact

(OP)
I'll start.

AIA MasterSpec
 +Fairly up to date
 +Fairly complete
-Some items are definately geared towards architects (Division 4)
-Some items aren't fully incorporated (Special inspection)

Spectext.  I don't have any experience with it.

Specsintact
 -Very out of date
 -Very incomplete
The only time I would use Specsintact is when the client requires it.

If I had to choose, I'd choose AIA MasterSpec, not because I think it's great, but it's the only one I've worked with that I don't absolutely hate.

Are there any viable options other than these three choices?
