What are the effects of V,Bi,Ga (small amounts) on aluminum alloy properties and aluminum extrusion?

V: 0.007
Bi: 0.001
Ga: 0.015

Those levels of V, Bi, and Ga will have no effect on the properties of an aluminum alloy extrusion.  The standard composition allowance for "other" elements is 0.05% maximum for any individual element or 0.15% maximum the total.  Even high purity grades usually only specify Ga as 0.03% max and V as 0.05% max, so as you can see, these particular amounts are considerably lower than standard commercial limits.  Here is an example of the Aluminum Association composition limits for wrought alloys:
