NX drafting printing

NX drafting printing

NX drafting printing

(OP)
When printing from NX2 and 4, I get a printed sheet that looks to be in bold type face.  I set the lines and text to the "thin" setting, on the screen it looks ok, but when printed it is in bold.

Any help will be great.

RE: NX drafting printing

You may have to change the thin width factor scale in the Print Settings (try 1.5 for thin, 2.5 for normal and 3.5 for thick). Hope this helps.

RE: NX drafting printing

There were some early problems with that when we first added the 'Print' option to NX, but they've been fixed.  I went back and tested this and while NX 1.0 and NX 2.0 both print with the wide lines, when I tested the same drawing using NX 3.0, it worked just fine.  It also worked fine for NX 4.0, NX 5.0 and NX 6.0.
