FE Worked Examples

(OP)
I have access to a FE program called Lusas. I am used to it and like it but its manuals have rather limited worked examples.

I wish to apply Lusas to some Civil/Structural problems     (mainly non-linear problems like buckling, non-linear materials and support conditions, dynamic problems etc.)

I am looking for worked examples in other programs that I can easily access and compare with Lusas results.

I will appreciate if you can suggest any books or sites where I can access such worked examples.

RE: FE Worked Examples

I believe Algor's sample problems are available without having to log in.  www.algor.com

You should also be able to find several by searching university sites.

RE: FE Worked Examples

Dear normm,
Check ADINA of Prof. Klaus Hürgen Bathe (MIT MechE), an excellent nonlinear code plenty of very good examples:

Thanks a lot GBor, FeX32, BlasMolero.
Your leads seem all very helpful. At a first glance, it looks Ansys has the best tutorials, that can be accessed free on-line.
