CATIA V5 Drafting - Adding standard notes

CATIA V5 Drafting - Adding standard notes

(OP)
I am searching for a simple way to add standard drawing notes on to a CATDrawing.  At the moment the engineers find a CATDrawing of a similar item and then copy and paste the required notes. Is it possible to for the engineer to access a text template and choose from a list of applicable notes? Appreciate any help. I've been out of touch with CATIA for a while.

RE: CATIA V5 Drafting - Adding standard notes

Create a standard startup sheet, and either have the notes already on the face of the drawing, or create several sets of notes (to be used for different types of product) and use them as instantiated details. (from the detail sheet)

You could also create each individual note as a standard detail, and use them at will.  It is very easy to align them if you use an anchor point on the left side. (top, bottom, or center, your pick)  You can also make it possible to edit each instance that you place without exploding the 2D component itself.  You can do this by right clicking on the detail (on the detail sheet) and selecting "modifiable in instance."  From here, just double click on any instance that you place.
