Labor Standards

(OP)
Hey Guys!  I'm trying to find industry standard labor hours.  I've heard of the Gulf States or Gulf Coast  Standards but I've searched and searched and can't find anything.  I'm looking for something centered around Pressure Vessels.  Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,
Walt

Maybe it is a bit late. But I also want to point you to Page norms.

In the Netherlands the DACE (Dutch Association of Cost Engineers) has published several booklets with norms and a price booklet which can be found on the DACE website. www.dace.nl Saddly for you these are only in Dutch. The CD rom is in English with Envglish pe-ambles
