good day guys, do you know the methods and tools how to lift bigger control valve on site?

Mobile cranes work as well.

Lift the body.  Some actuators are suitable for lifting the assembly.  The accessories are easily crushed by slings.

In all seriousness, consult the vendor about the correct lifting method (which may depend on the size of the valve.)  I've seen valves with lifting lugs to which you attach a chain.  Others do require slings.  

I'd recommend lifting the valve and the actuator separtately if at all possible.
