Shock Artesian Well

Shock Artesian Well

Shock Artesian Well

(OP)
Looking for tips on shocking an artesian well.  Wondering how to get chlorine to bottom of well with pump in place.

I do not know how much clearance there is along sides of pump but I have heard it is pretty tight.

Wondering if I need to pump solution to bottom or if I can just drop pellets into well casing.

Thanks, Scott

RE: Shock Artesian Well

If your pump is in place, why can't you disconnect the pump from the discharge pipe and then pump chlorine solution into the well?
