Inserted Image blank? (NX4)

Inserted Image blank? (NX4)

Inserted Image blank? (NX4)

(OP)
I sometimes need to insert images (jpeg) into drawings for reference, or if there is no model available and notes or dimensions need to be added to an existing image.

Sometimes, i will open up a file that has an image inserted and the boundry will still be there but the image will be blank. I can sometimes close NX and re-open and it will be fine. But other times I will have to delete and re-insert the image.

Does anyone know if there is a way to fix this or why this occurs?

Thanks

RE: Inserted Image blank? (NX4)

Hi,
which version are you using in NX4? Hope you are using Base version of NX4.... If else pls update it to Latest QRM.

Other Reason might be, Graphic Card... Check your Graphic Card, Is it certified by SIEMENS PLM or not ?

Thanks,

It seems to happen sporatically. Sometimes I will have several images on different sheets and lets say 2 of 4 will be fine and the other two blank... in that case I wouldn't think it would be the graphics card.

As far as the version I am running 4.0.4.2
