I am looking for ideas on what is the best way to accuratly control dilution on the fly for hydrochloric acid.

This is new process for the plant and we need to dilute from 36 % to 25 %. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Flow rates?  Temperature?  Accuracy required?

Thanks for your interest.

Flow rate about 300 L / Minute max of 360 L / Minute
Temperature would be ambient ( inside) about 15 degrees C
Mixing reaction doesn't require heat exchanger

Accuracy within 1-3%
would be great

Thanks
