Flutter of Plate

Flutter of Plate

Flutter of Plate

(OP)

Hello everybody,

Recently I'm studying about flutter, specifically on the subject of FLUTTER OF PLATE. Most of text book about flutter is discussing flutter of airplane components (airfoil). I'm looking for any information that describing theoritically about FLUTTER OF PLATE.
I appreciate if any body can give me this information.

RE: Flutter of Plate

Check out E.H. Dowell's "Aeroelasticity of Plates and Shells". This will go over linear and nonlinear flutter of plates in detail. Also he has published many papers on panel flutter along with the flutter of cantilevered flate plate wings(delta and square).
