Definition of Anisotropic Material

(OP)
I am modelling a circular structure subject to tension and bending loads. I need to use equivalent material properties due to it's complex internal structure and the surrounding components that are also being modelled. I have some test data for axial, torsion and bending stiffness but certainly not enough to fully define an anisotropic C{i,j} matrix.

My question is: how can I use the test data I have to best define the material matrix and are there any matrix values I MUST include to set a solution in implicit FEA (MSC MARC) ?

All help would be much appreciated
