What happened to ADAMS/Engine

What happened to ADAMS/Engine

What happened to ADAMS/Engine

(OP)
Last year MSC announced they are selling the ADAMS/Engine module to FEV so that they become world leader in Multibody Dynamics.. etc

Press release from FEV

Since then, I am unable to see anything in FEV's website where they sell, support or develop the ADAMS/Engine software. It is sad that we pay so much money for a world class software and we get an evolutionaly dead end. Also it looks like something nobody has improved upon since the 80's.

Is anyone else as frustrated as I am? Do others have mostly positive or negative experiences with ADAMS/Engine?

Note that those who don't know ADAMS/View and ADAMS/Engine are almost separate pieces of software as they operate differently and the UI experience is much more archaic (if possible).
