What is a clue with ACAD pro license transfer from an owner?

(OP)
I'm looking for ACAD 2006-08 for commercial use in USA. I learned that in 2008 the US federal judge ruled against Autodesk trying to forbid license transfer for registered product from an owner (Verner v. Autodesk). However, I've got a feeling (particularly, from item descriptions on eBay) that license statuses for full AutoCAD (for example, 2008) and for LT are different. For the full version the unlimited commercial license transfer is promised while for LT the part number is provided with suggestion to check in Autodesk. What is the license difference between full (used) AutoCAD and LT (not student version), particularly for transfer from an owner for commercial use?
Thank you!
