Local Stress at side a Big Valve

(OP)
HI everyone

I have been desiging a water pump station, there are 13 pumps and the manifold is 60", also there a butterfly valve, its weight is around 3500 Kg, the manifold thickness is 3/8" and the system pressure is around 40 psig, according to my stress analisys with AutoPipe, there is not a significant stress and deformation, but i want to be really sure that the pipe won't deform by the weight valve, i want to calculate the local stress. Someone can help me?

Regards,

César

RE: Local Stress at side a Big Valve

I'd build a valve support and be done with it.
