RE: information results dialogue window MISSING

GPowers2,

I use a Dell laptop workstation, which I take home and use at work. I too have the same issue. I always have the Information Window, Part Navigator and the Assembly Navigator on the 2nd monitor and use NX on the Primary monitor. To resolve this issue, I use one of two methods to restore the menus.

1. Pick Preferences> User Interface... to open the User Interface Preferences dialog window. Pick the Layout tab. In the Settings section there should be a button labeled Reset Window Position. Pick this button and the dialogs will be reset to use one screen.

2. On my Dell workstation there is a blue Fn shift key. If I press the Fn+F8 togehter, it will toggle the laptop display to move all windows to the laptop display.
Hope this helps.
