Is there an easy way to combine subtract parts from other parts in assembly mode?

RE: Combine Subtracting in assembly mode

I think that's a part feature only.  However, you can insert and position your parts within a part document in order to get where you need to go.

BigMikeL ... Please ignore my post, it doesn't do what you need. My morning coffee hasn't connected the brain cells yet.
