transformer secondary fusing, dual output

transformer secondary fusing, dual output

(OP)
I would like to use a 2 KVA single phase transformer to create both 115 and 230 single phase.  I know to wire it to get these outputs.  I am unsure how to fuse the 2 outputs.  I need 5 amps of 115 and 8 amps 230.  In the transformer I connect X2 & X3.  X1 to X2 gives me 115 and X1 to X4 gives me 230.
Any suggestions??

RE: transformer secondary fusing, dual output

Ground the X2:X3 in the NEMA land.
In NEMA land, put a 10 amp fuse (approximately 125% FLA) in the X1 and X4 leads.
The 13 amps on the X1 lead should blow the fuse before the transformer burns up.
Try again with the proper size transformer. 3 KVA and 15 amp (closest to 125% of FLA) fuses should do it.
