How to create an internal gear and pinion

How to create an internal gear and pinion

(OP)
I would like to model an internal spur gear meshing with an external spur gear pinion. I desire to have the angular velocity ratio of the gear and pinion to be the same, so both gears will have the same number of teeth. I'm trying to use the spur gear generator to do so but I've encountered a problem: when the number of teeth are the same between the gear and the pinion, the pitch diameter of the gear and pinion are ambiguous. Does anyone know of a way to override the automatic pitch diameter calculation so that I can input the diameter myself?
