Thank you Tom. I forgot to mention. I'm looking for liquid rubber.

RE: Prevulcanized natural rubber supplier in North America

I've never heard of liquid prevulcanized/crosslinked (I assume that means the same thing) rubber, so that's a new one on me. What's the application for this material?
If you called Akrochem, they may know of the product and be able to direct you.
Good luck!

He is referring to a latex where the dispersed rubber particles are prevulcanized but still in a water dispersion. I don't have any supplier recommendations but I would think that most latex suppliers have different grades, including what you are looking for.
