I would like to get a job into structural engineering as i have a passion for the industry. I have completed cert 4 in detail drafting and also completed Advanced Diploma in structural eningeering. I havent got much experience in the field and would love get a job in construction. I am 27 yrs old and would love to change jobs but lacking in experience and not sure what to do next. can some help me out what i should do next

Apply for a field engineer position with a contractor and get an ABET certified degree.

As CP said - you will need a college degree from an ABET certified college.
