When changing plastics in blow molding, polycarbonate to PETG, is it necessary to re-tool the mold?  Any help on this would be appreciated.  I have tried searching the forums, and do not know if I am using the correct search terms.

Thanks

I guess it depends how much of a size change you can tolerate. PETG had a greater mould shrinkage than PC.

A Google search will give you the data you need.

PETG has a lot bless mould shrinkage than PET and is not all that different to PC. I would need to check data sheets for exact numbers. Eastman and Bayer should be able to provide reliable data to the exact difference in shrinkage.
