How do you create a 2 digit flag note in NX5.
I think it is very odd that it is not an option.

How do you create a one digit flagnote?

Whoever created your 'cntrl.sbf' library needs to be contacted and asked to add your desired flags.  Those 'symbols' are created one at a time as User Defined Symbols.

However, if you were consider starting over, I would use Custom Symbols instead since they can be created in such a manner so that the text can be updated to whatever value you wish.
