CP for Saltwater Bulkhead

(OP)
I'm trying to come up with a CP system for a cantilevered steel sheet pile bulkhead, but the use of sacrificial aluminum anodes is proving problematic. Most of the length of the piles is in the soil zone (40-50 ft), leaving a small submerged zone (<10 ft) for the anodes, which need to be at least 9 feet long in order to have a low enough resistance to drive enough protection current. Are there any alternative solutions?
